Here’s your chance to join our Training & Certification team working in the highly visible role of Training Coordinator – MENA. In this role, you will orchestrate the day to day operations of our MENA training team and Partner Team.

Training Coordinator #Amazon . Responsibilities

  • Schedule training classes for both Direct and Partner Business in locations across MENA and other locations in EMEA. This includes arranging venues, coordinating instructors and ordering training materials.
  • Liaise with students to accept their registrations, confirm bookings and manage cancellations/changes.
  • Manage contract creation, training order forms for our customers and work with local Legal and Tax stakeholders when needed.
  • Manage inbound communications including customer concerns.
  • Manage monthly invoicing. Assist as required with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Review class evaluation, compile results for reports
  • Administration of qwiklab and Gilmore platforms
  • Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with, such as Sharepoint, SmartSheet, Instructor Calendar, various tracking and reporting spreadsheets
  • Liaise with Business Development Managers and Partner Managers to support onsite training engagements: scheduling instructors, liaising with legal department regarding contracting, liaising with customer about student registrations and class logistics, supporting the AR team with customer setup and billing.
  • Liaise with Training Regional Managers as required for ad hoc support for the for the region.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a team coordination position.
  • Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint are desired.
  • Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong knowledge of Partner businesses and Partner Programs
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, even in highly ambiguous and fast paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
  • Experience in following legal and finance processes related to a training engagements, such as contract and NDA issuance and signature, PO management (both incoming and outgoing), invoicing and billing.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
