Burns Sheehan are seeking an Engineering Manager with a strong software development background using Python, Typescript, Node or React!


We are partnering with an extremely innovative utilities scale-up as they look to introduce a new layer of Engineering Management to lead an extremely talented Engineering team, based in stunning Central London offices.

Engineering Manager London, UK.

As an Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to drive key initiatives, building a high-performance culture and enabling a team of fifteen Engineers, split across multiple cross functional teams, to deliver mission critical projects.

Whilst no hands-on coding will be required, you will leverage your full stack engineering expertise to facilitate technical decision making, contributing to overall architecture and engineering management project’s.

You’ll also utilise your strong software engineering background (Node, React or Python preferred) to share knowledge and engineering best practice to empower the engineers to make them best in class. You must have experience managing a team of Full Stack Engineers, and have familiarity with the JavaScript stack and/or Python.
